Papa John's Pizza - Salisbury

Waited an hour and paid $20 for a burnt pizza. Delivery guy was super nice and professional, but whoever made the call to send this out needs a new job.

Cheese lock was on point, cheesesticks were made well, topping distribution was fabulous and they did our well done pizzas! Most places ignore when you want well done or don't know what it means. Bravo! First time we ordered from this Papa John's and it made my Mother's Day : Also, thank you for having anchovies

The pizza is always good and hot. My order is always correct. I love the papa John's app it makes ordering very easy and you can watch the process of your pizza to time it down to the exact minute for picking up. Also the prices are very good.

That's my favorite pizza place! They truly use better ingredients and make a better pizza, just like their marketing claims—it’s completely accurate. I personally prefer the original crust, which is a bit thicker but has a fresh taste. It’s a nice change from one of their main competitors, whose pizza dough has an odd herbal flavor.

I ordered a pizza and ended up waiting forever. I saw the manager at the store losing her cool on the phone while the other staff were also struggling. She really needs to improve her leadership skills. After waiting for 35 minutes for my one pizza, I was quite frustrated.
