Saladworks - Salisbury

Staff was pleasant enough...but there was no description of salads to see what was in each salad...just pictures across the wall...it was lunchtime...we not real busy...just had soup...good but pricey for the size...just saying...not much for my hard earned money...

While the food was good, the service was not. As someone who works in the food service industry as well, I know things get frustrating. But being short, rude and rolling your eyes at customers for asking a simple question about the menu is unflattering and sub par for any restaurant or business.

Please can someone explain to me WHY the employees here are SO RUDE?!?

Just ordered 3 salads on line. Very disappointed. Each salad was to have chicken. Could barely find chicken on any of them. 6 blueberries and 4 pieces of strawberry on the berry salad Next to no topping on any of them. Paid over $37.00 for these.

Fast friendly service, very clean dining area, staff of incredible young people.
