Yum Yai Express Asian Kitchen

Everything was super fresh and delicious!Very quick service!4.5 star only because Personally I didn't like the larb gai salad as there was garden greens in the salad instead of traditional cabbage and herbs and lacking fish sauce! Personal prefefance, overall must try!

There is not much to say about this place, the food came out quick and was tasty.<br/ <br/ I was hoping the spicy noodles would be a little spicier. <br/ <br/ Good place to stop for a quick eat.

Yum! My new favourite place in Mawson Lakes! Value for money, quick and so tasty! We had the spring rolls, dim sims, cashew nut with chicken, massaman beef curry and thai honey noodles. Every single dish was beautiful!

If you are after some fast and fresh food in the suburbs then head to Yum Yai. After a long day we were after something that was tasty and quick so we thought we would try out Yum Yai as we have driven past it several times and I have also noticed they have a larger place on Henley Beach Rd. <br/ <br/ We ended up getting the Pad Thai (regular size), Basil Stir Fry with Chicken (small size) and Thai Fried Rice (small size). After a short 15 minutes our meals were cooked up ready to go. The food was delicious and for the two of us this was plenty, we even had left overs. <br/ <br/ One thing I did love was how they cling wrapped the food and then put the lids on, this stopped all the steam and sauce getting everywhere when you took the lid off and also stopped to accidental leakages you do tend to find when getting takeout that is quite saucy.<br/ <br/ So if you are in the 'burbs and want something that is fresh, fast and doesn 't lack in the flavour department then consider this place. I would say this place is on-par to Asian Central in Salisbury if you have been there.

Ok at first I thought it was like a little pricey but OMG I would have paid more the Pineapple Fried Rice.  Unbelievably the best fried rice I've ever had and I wish I got the honey sesame chicken as well.  All the ingredients are fresh and cooked to perfection!  Definitely on the regular places to visit going forward.
