Mcdonald's - SALISBURY DOWNS

I'm not sure if this restaurant simply never salts their chips or if they deliberately choose not to. Even when I asked for fresh chips, it took them an eternity to bring them out, and they still ended up cold and without any salt. I'm truly baffled by the manager's ability to keep running this place, as it has got to be one of the worst experiences I've had. I feel confident saying that.

The coworkers were chatting amongst themselves at the counter while customers waited to be served. The manager with blonde hair appeared completely clueless about his responsibilities. I waited 15 minutes for just a cup of coffee, and all he seemed to care about was conversing with the staff and giving orders instead of attending to the customers. Eventually, I decided to go to another café for my coffee.

The service was average, but I had to wait 20 minutes for just one meal and a hash brown. Additionally, my chips were cold.

Still a good place to get a quality h/burger a good price.

Was visiting from Victoria, was a little confused as to where it was as I used google maps and it did say it was inside the shopping centre in the food court
