I need to say. Our server was a guy named Billy I believe. He was so funny and such a sweet guy. Best Italian place in Utah!

First I would like to say that the owner/owners of this Buca should be ashamed. Operating a popular destination short staffed and placing blame on COVID is ridiculous. This once fun and upscale destination has taken a very hard nose dive. Dirty, unorganized, servers rubbing and picking their noses over your plates as they bring them to the table. This place is so fun and unique! Friendly staff and amazing food. Its sort of like a hipster Italian quirky vibe. Family style meals. Appetizers are YUM.
