Citris Grill - Salt Lake City

This is a charming restaurant! I tried the petite Crab Mac and Cheese, which turned out to be plenty and absolutely delicious! It was made with bits of bacon and a rich, creamy cheese sauce that was just fantastic. They offer generous portions for most dishes, which might be a bit too much for some—but I know many people enjoy taking leftovers home. Our waitress was a delightful and entertaining person, very familiar with the menu and provided excellent recommendations! Others in our group ordered personal pizzas, a burger, a homemade chili verde omelet, and split pea soup, and everyone enjoyed their meals!

I had my first experience dining here today and absolutely loved the food! I ordered pizza, and it was delicious! I'm looking forward to returning to try something different. I rated it 4 stars only because the service was a bit slow.

I used to run a restaurant in Chandler, Arizona, so I understand what it takes to make customers feel welcome, at home, and to truly enjoy their meal and time spent there. It's all about creating a memorable experience. And guess what? The team at Citrus Grill gets it just as well! Every time I visit, I find it hard to leave—I feel right at home there. We've been going there for years.

I sat at the bar and the waitstaff recommended the fresh mozzarella and tomato salad with spring mix. I added salmon to it, and it was a generous portion, perfectly cooked. It was absolutely delicious!

The chicken soup was decent, although not outstanding. The wedge salad was enjoyable, but it was served on a small plate that made it somewhat difficult to eat. I really wish I had added salmon to my salad.
