Mango snow slush is the BOMB, emily is the best employee and she always makes my drink absolutely perfect.

I ordered a drink without boba and they put boba in it. I brought this to their attention and they said they would fix it. They then took the drink back and just blended the drink with the boba in it. I again brought this to their attention and they said they made a new one. I then pulled a piece of boba out of the drink and showed them. They told me they wouldn't make me a new drink because they already made me two. I then asked for my money back. Service was great, the lady at the counter was really nice and provided suggestions of their menu. I rated a 3 for food because the drinks are too sweet for me. I did ask for less to no sweet, but seems like I got the opposite or maybe that's how their teas are made. I also asked for no milk powder base, but got that as well. Oh well, it was something new to try.

I don’t normally write bad reviews but ugh. The business was very clean and cute and the employees were very friendly but my drink was just not great. I got the cocoa cream wow and it just disappointed. I have had it before at other locations and thought it was delicious! It’s my favorite drink, but this time it just wasn’t the same as usual. I had just had a horrible experience at another Boba drink place nearby when I came here and i'm happy I did come here. They have so much yummy variety and you can add things to your drink to make it your style unlike the other place. I had the winter melon milk tea with boba. The staff was so friendly and made sure that my drink was to just the way I like it. Thank you and I hope to be a regular at this place.
