Subway - Salt Lake City

I recently visited this restaurant and paid $30.74 for my meal. However, when I went to pay, they charged my card but claimed the payment didn't go through on their end. Even though I showed them proof that the payment went through, they refused to give me my food and essentially took my money. They also attempted to charge me twice for the same amount. I will be contacting corporate in the morning to file a complaint. Edgar, the staff member I dealt with, was extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. They refused to call a manager to resolve the issue. My advice is to avoid this location at all costs as they will take your money without providing service. This was the worst experience I've ever had with terrible customer service.

The food at this restaurant was fantastic and really satisfied my cravings. The only thing that seemed strange was that my sandwich wasn't cut. However, I actually didn't mind because my husband can't eat spicy food and was worried about cross contamination from the knife. Since my sandwich wasn't cut, there was no chance of that happening. I will definitely order from them again when we're in the mood for a subs.

I went to this restaurant for dinner yesterday and everything was extremely clean. I was served by a very friendly young man, but they seemed to be short-staffed because the service was very fast while I was dining alone. I don't know his name, but he definitely deserves recognition. The sandwich I ordered was delicious and perfectly made. The overall experience was great.

Fresh delicious sandwiches. The coupons save money. Good service. Clean, comfortable and quiet atmosphere.

Stale bread, sandwiches fall apart, understaffed. Every single time. Definitely not worth 13$ for a sandwich tax, tip, drink etc.
