Wendy's - Salt Lake City

The best salad. Actually, it looked like the picture and tasted even better. It was filled and made perfect. With the extra chili sauce it was just incredible. Seriously probably one of the best salads I've ever had. The staff was very friendly to walk around the cleaning. And a great culinary experience.

The guy at the pickup window was great. We had to adjust our beverage order a little what is available in the freestyle machine. He already had a diet coke when we really asked for Coke Zero, so he gave us both happy. He doubled the Papptrinkenhalter so it wouldn't buckle. Apparently he knows what he does and cares for good service. Who knew we could get this at 23:00 on Friday night? Also fresh, hot pommes.

I went the ride at 1:30 yesterday 10/17/22! I don't know who you have orders or who you have in the windows, the payment serving food! But I just want to say that this is probably close if not the best customer service I have ever experienced to get a fast food drive thru! When we got our food a buoy, I said loudly “wow that was pretty cool that lady took care of how many hands I didn’t have rabid drinks thru the window! My little brother on the back seat said: “I know all were so nice” and my mother on the front, “yes, I love this salad” haha, as we drove out we laughed and looked at us to say, “How do we get in a better mood, a fast food drive thru thru? Now I know where to go next time, I have a bad day!" Yo straight up, give it to whoever worked this day, that was more than service with a smile!! Mad Props!

Rolls up to a 15 piece spicy nugget as late night snack. Homie hooked it at the end of the night with double fee. Go to Wendys to keep food waste and steal customers. will of course return.

The customer service was the only reason I’m giving 2. Gentleman was kind, however I ordered my food and included large fries and this is what I got. Had I known they would do this I would’ve ordered small. If we order something please fulfill the order, that’s just how a business is meant to be run. We’re paying for it, not charity
