Try tamale-like pasteles of mashed plantain and taro stuffed with garlicky pork to fragrant sautéed shrimp loaded with tomato, onion and spices arroz con pollo and pernil

I love that there's a spot holding it down for Puerto Rican food in the Bay, but my lofty expectations weren't met. A bit too greasy (to be expected, tbf) and chuleton sandwich was on the small side.

Anything here is good really but always love their plátanos and black beans with roasted chicken and salad

Food atmosphere price is great! Whatever you get, make sure you get a side of either fried plantains or plantain chips!

The rotisserie chicken was excellent. Order it à la carte to make it paleo (otherwise comes w/ rice beans).
