Bubba's Smokehouse - San Angelo

One of my favorite places to eat in town and definitely my favorite barbecue in town. I get the three meat plate each time, in part due to indecision. Jalapeño sausage, brisket, and pulled pork. The meats are delicious, each of the sides are delicious, and the sauces are delicious.

Here is a quick lunch at the passage. I pulled the Briske, Jalapeño sausage, chicken and pork. Large quantity and high quality meat. You can say that much care has been taken to eat.

I really miss working there! Can't wait to come see yall and eat the best BBQ in Texas!

We ordered the chopped sandwiches and they did not disappoint. Regular decent sized bun, the brisket in it was absolutely on point. The smell alone when we walked in ?. Had a nice little side bar that was clean and well stocked (onions, pickles, couple of peppers, sauces, etc). Nice place, will eat here again.Food: 5/5

Brisket is on point, pork was great and the staff was extremely friendly going out of their way to accommodate my needs. Again, hole in the wall homerun. You can't go wrong here.
