Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - San Angelo

Well, the Sirloin was partially rare and it was accepted, med.well. The chicken fried steak was hidden in a thick cover of deep fried flour. What, I had to remove! Yes, they assume to have a flour, but as thick and hard as this, no. Potatoes were strongly seasoned in pepper and salt. Left could not enjoy it. Not to mention, but it took a little longer to wait for the service about 10 minutes and get a little more the drinks and food. I understand being busy and everything, but polite for providing for customers who need to wait so long, ask when we need refills and do not charge for more chips. You expect from 16% on your tip that customers feel welcome.

Yesterday was our day/night date with my dear wife. We looked at a movie and went to dinner. During the movie I saw that we were going to eat and my wife 's Eyes Lit Up as it was an early Christmas or that she thought she couldn't cook either. We didn't know where to eat, so I threw out some wonderful places to continue our date, but my wife looked at me from the corner of her eyes and I knew that would not work. So, I threw out another location of Cheddars. Now her eyes shone again, she even had a big smile on her face. She agreed to Cheddars. We weren't here, and it's been about 6 years since we visited the best drinks in the spring and had Awesome servers every time we left. I dusted the Vette-Jet, we cleaned up. We have from Cheddar 's here a few times and it is always packed with customers. When we arrived, there were several cars parked, but not packed. It went in and there were about 15 people who just arrived and were led by the hostess. Our turn showed up and we were shown at a stand. Our server, Rylee, came by and we talked for a while before we order our drinks. My wife asked Rylee if she was a model because she is absolutely beautiful and I totally agree. She said she was 't, kind of blurred and we talked more before we order our drinks. My wife has a Miller Lite with a glass of ice for my wife and I'm with a big Frozen Texas Margarita. While our drinks are made, we looked over the menu. When Rylee returned with our drinks, we put our order. We start with her honey butter croissants; Flaky Croissants drowned with homemade honey butter. My Wife 's Main Entrée is ordered by their Appetizer menu, Wisconsin cheese bites; hand broken, slightly baked mozzarella cheese bites. Served with Home Made Ranch Dressing. I have her Steakhouse Burger ; (med rare) 1/2 Pound Seasoned Burger with BACON, Cheddar Cheese, BBQ Sauce, tomatoes, Pickles, Sautéed Onions, Mayo Mustard. Served with French fries. Now for our drinks. We crowned our long day/night date and a beautiful day. My Texas Frozen Margarita is tasty and very cold. My wife always enjoys her Miller Lite Love You Baby. While we enjoy our drinks Rylee brought out our croissants and the dish is a beautiful presentation of Four Glistening Shiny Fluffy Lite Croissants. We both grabbed the one who called our name, and they are flakyliciousness and love, the Honey Butter. Before we caught one, I gave Rylee the Dollar Bow Tie Award because she already deserves it. Tell her what it was for, and she was excited, gave a big smile and thank you and said we had done her day. Back to the beautiful croissants. You are so light Fluffylicious you can not stop eating them, but you do because you run out. You can order more and more, but we have our order out soon. Our food arrived now and the 'Wisconsin cheese bites' are exactly what they are as slightly grounded and with little green Christmas decorations beautiful touch Cheddars. There are so many of them that my wife will not be able to eat all of them, so I need to help her eat them, it's what I do. My 'Steakhouse Burger' is a thing of beauty with slightly golden French fries on the side. The burger is perfectly cooked and has amazing taste. Two good pieces from BACON tops it off and everything inside is exactly the right amount of Tastyliciousness. I love Burgers and this is really big and tasty. As I said, I could eat a burger every day because you can make them a thousand and a kind and more. These 'Cheese Bites' are Stretchylicious and very Tasty. Her Ranch Dressing Dipping Sauce is also very tasteful and it is enough for all these bites. We didn't all eat and take some home.

So I order the pancakes that search for the presentation for going hurried with a loaded baked potato that took to go order a long time to go back almost 20 minutes, plus when I came home the potato was not charged no butter or acid cream, My server was nice, but what I saw nothing like the picture as potcake, the drink was a vacation drink she had not remember name of it was ok... Childfriendliness: Hostess was very nice

Service was great! On my daughter's recommendations, I ordered the Monte Cristo Sandwich meal. It was wonderful. It came with one side and I ordered salad. I couldn't eat anything. It was amazing!

I went earlier today for lunch with my friend and I had not been to cheddars in awhile, so this was the first in a awhile and we had I believe Mickey was his name as a waiter. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what but his customer service was not the best and it was very disappointing. He never greeted us goodbye or have a nice day after taking our payments. After he was done taking our payments on the tablet, he just walked off like nothing, not even saying anything! So we weren't sure if we were able to leave. He never once checked up on us while eating or asked if we needed anything else, I had to ask another waitress to bring some more dressing. I had asked for a chips and queso and he didn't even say one thing or even nod his head, just automatically took the tablet did it himself, thinking it was an inconvenience for him. If you don't like your job, find another place. I still tipped to him to be nice. However, Very disrespectful and hopefully I will never have him as a waiter again. But the food was delicious overall.
