Bexar Kolache Company - San Antonio

I used to really love this place, but my last visit was disappointing. The woman working there didn't seem to know what she was doing. I ordered brisket and migas, which are my two favorites, but instead, I was given something with beans and a different meat altogether. She struggled to identify the items on the menu.

We ordered the potato and egg Kolache as well as the chili cheese, and unfortunately, both lacked taste and flavor. I had been looking forward to trying this place, but I'm really disappointed.

The prices were too high for what I received, and I was left disappointed. I'm a big fan of Klobasniky, often mistakenly referred to as kolache, but these were dry and overly bready, with not enough cheese.

I have tried better kolaches honestly the cheddar one almost seem like it had mustard in it or something.... And the girl that works sooner in the morning was kind of rude. She definitely seemed like she did not want to be there or dealing with customers. I won't be back. I also got these aren't fresh you have to warm them up in the microwave.

The location on Fredricksburg Rd is amazing! Brand new spot but the staff is super sweet and the food is amazing. The aesthetic inside is adorable!
