It’s Friday, payday, and it’s 5 PM. How can you run out of garden salad and try to offer me a grilled chicken salad instead? Seriously, no garden salad on a Friday? Come on!

When a server finally came over, she asked what I wanted to drink, jotted it down, and left. My appetizer arrived first, but it took another five minutes for her to bring my beer, which I had asked to be dressed. After another ten minutes, my main dish finally came, but it was a bit cold. At that point, I just asked for a to-go box. The service here is terrible! Management really needs to work on their customer service skills.

I visited this restaurant with my family today, and we come here quite frequently. The food and service are consistently excellent, but the restrooms are in poor condition. They require a thorough cleaning, ideally done by professionals rather than the staff.

Does it deserve one star?We went here a few years ago, and it wasn 't a good thing, but we do believe in second chances, so we went. Yeah, things have changed, but negatively.We got there at 5:30.We stood at the door for a spell because they had the wait to be seated sign up. After a quick spell, someone walked up from the floor and said we could seat ourselves. Minor inconvenience...On our way to a table, I stepped on a broken glass. My wife told one of the servers about the broken glass on the floor, and she just shrugged and walked away.It 's 5:45 before a server comes to our table to take our order. I get my water about 5 minutes later, but they say they don 't have Bud Light for my baby. She orders something else.It 's 5:58 when her drink comes in, and it tastes funny. I tried it, and, yeah, it tasted flat.It 's after 6:15 by the time we get our server to process our ticket. In the meantime, the door to the patio is opened, allowing us to bask in the stench (yes, stench) of urine the homeless population gifted the parking lot and ditch.The kicker? Yes, the stench was bad! Yes, the beer was flat! Yes, kids were playing with the shards of broken glass the staff refused to pick up.Kid-friendliness: Kids were playing with broken glass.Parking: Parking lot is like a urinal for the homeless, and it wafts into the place when the patio door opens.I assume the staff is so used to it that they can 't smell it.

I swear this is by far the BEST store. It's well maintained and Manager is so nice and he makes you feel so welcomed. Such a down to earth guy. Also because the young lady named Ashley. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get the services you need. I was amazed at the genuine concern she had for my order and made sure it was placed and getting worked on. I swear you will not be disappointed coming here. Also she made every customer feel like family and as if it was her home and she was welcoming you. She's awesome and hard working employees like that are hard to come by. Thank you Ashley ?
