Chipotle Mexican Grill - San Antonio

I ordered before and my order was not ready for 15 minutes after the specified time. when I unpacked the film on my burrito and she fell apart completely (see picture.) they forgot my order when I ordered the last time before, but they gave me at least one free meal. very disappointed by this chipotle and will not come back.

If you’re placing an order for pickup, be sure to double-check that you have all the items and that you've received the correct protein. I paid extra for additional steak but ended up with the regular portion of chicken instead, and I was also missing one of the bowls from my order.

Even though the experience was likely temporary, I loved the burrito and my amazing lady couldn't get enough of the chips and queso with her steak bowl.

We enjoy chipotle and was excited when one was built in our neighborhood. The food is great however the dinning room experience is not acceptable. Everytime I come here the floor is dirty and tables are not clean. I want to continue coming here but until I see a change in the dinning room appearance, I worry about the cleanliness of the rest of the place. Today we came in right at 11 and the floor was dirty and so were some tables.

This location is hands down the worst chipotle i've ever been to. I worked at a similar restaurant for 2 years and we had way more customers yet the line was never as long of a wait as here with a line of maybe 5 people! it's so simple!! Rice, beans, protein, next customer. rice beans protein, next customer!! The kid taking my order took a solid two minutes getting the girl in front of me her rice and beans. Too busy talking and not concerned about the line that was to the door! Then after her rice and beans he walked off?? It's highly unorganized and they need more than two people on the line. they need a greeter, a person on toppings, and a person at register. Their flow here is absolutely atrocious, not to mention the people on the line wait until the last second to call out what they are low on so they are always out of everything, causing an even longer wait time. Do not go to this chipotle unless you have 30 minutes to spare waiting in line
