As we walked in not greeted by 2 workers but asked by 1 “can I help you “? Not having time to think or figure out where the menu was. I explained “sorry it’s our first time here” , then a girl pointed out “the menus right there” . Then wasn’t sure where to order. I just feel being a first timer they would be nice and give some direction, explain the ordering process, smile,something . Customer service has definitely gone down. We both were disappointed. The food was ok. Reminded me of hospital food , just bland. Not sure what the appeal is. And the cashier rolled her eyes when my husband gave her cash instead of card. Guess that meant she had to work. Just rude.

I called to say I was at the restaurant for curbside and the girl acted like I called her personal phone with an attitude like why are you telling me you're here. It was so funny my kids were cracking up. I had to explain that I placed an online order and she's supposed to bring it outside. She said oh okay.

Amazing as always, wonderful rich food as well as an amazing selection of fresh baked bread. The dessert selection is as delicious and decadent as you would imagine from a French bakery. Staples include the chicken friande and spinach pouchette as well as the amazing French onion soup.

The man with a salt and pepper shaved beard had a black shirt, black glasses was very rude when I asked about Apple Pay, sorry I left my card at home and thank God for technology, sorry you were busy sir, checked my ID twice for my mimosa order. I guess thank you for the flattering youthful accusation! Unacceptable for his behavior to be very rude like I was asking a stupid question. I'm very annoyed that someone could be so inconsiderate, such as him. Please sir, I'm really sorry if I bothered you. I wouldn't be rude but happy and enjoyable at a job that has Apple Pay. Worse experience! For my first time!!!

Catering, going out and management, customer service today terrible. On order for day after Christmas they missed things we ordered. Don't really serve $120. 00 compared to when we went to eat. Forgot a 6 pack of tar. I called immediately and told them that we can take everything back and just give us a refund because they didn't want to help. Manager said no we give you enough for 4 more $40 for free on them. My mother said okay and went to get the food. While my mother decided to have 4 more plates on what she gave us to have enough food. They didn't give us what they promised us. We called and when we finally got a manager, she argued with my mother that they thought my mother would pay and they wouldn't have to correct her mistake. We told them no. Makes the sense to go back because of their mistake and get the free food and tarts owes us and double payment and not get the extra food. refused to give us a refund, and refused to give us the 4 pack foods that claims they would lose to $40, but wanted to help if we had everything back. Finally, we had 2 gift cards after we ruined our family dinner. This should be something special, but the service seems like a terrible joke that wouldn't stop. Stay away food was Bland and tasteless stone hard bread. Cold and watery. Kill it when you stop. HORRIBLE SERVICE. 0 IF POSSIB
