La Posada Del Rey - San Antonio

When one of our party members approached the manager to address the issues we were facing with the waitress, she confronted him at our table in a rude manner, accusing him of complaining and demanding to know what his problem was. Despite being asked to allow him to finish his meal, she never returned to check on us or refill any drinks. As we were waiting for our checks, an intoxicated older man from the next table came over to confront one of our guests about his hat, getting into his face and using profanity in front of two small children at our table. After returning to his seat, he came back again to continue the confrontation. This was both humiliating and embarrassing for us, especially for the friend he was targeting. The manager did not intervene or offer an apology for the situation; he simply stood by and watched. Afterward, one of our party members spoke with the owner, who basically dismissed the concerns and walked away while we were paying the bill. Overall, this was the worst dining experience we've ever had in San Antonio. We won't be returning, especially if they allow waitstaff to berate customers and permit disruptive behavior from other patrons without any acknowledgment or apology.
