Little Caesars Pizza - San Antonio

This restaurant is usually my go-to when I'm craving pizza. Occasionally, it takes a bit longer for the food to be prepared, but it's conveniently located right on the street and is always open when we're hungry.

I recommend closing this restaurant or hiring new staff. The employees are consistently rude, and one girl, in particular, always forgets orders, which is almost comical at this point. She frequently forgets items like pizza, and when it arrives, it's often poorly cut. The quality of the bread is disappointing as well. Overall, it's just frustrating.

The Palo Alto location lacks a sense of urgency and seems to misplace orders. I placed my order through the drive-thru and was instructed to pull forward, with a wait time of 15 minutes for an extra-special pepperoni pizza. However, I ended up waiting 30 minutes. When I circled back to the drive-thru to ask about my order, the worker seemed to have forgotten it and admitted that my order had been given to someone else. I requested to speak with a manager, but a very young employee, probably around 16 years old, came out instead. I explained the situation to her while she searched for my order. After about 10 minutes, she returned with my order and an extra pizza. I didn’t care for the extra pizza; what I wanted was an explanation and an apology. I’ll be heading to the nearest location instead, which is a 20-minute drive away, as they provide much better customer service and maintain a cleaner environment.

Pizza and crazy bread have been on the spot. Ask for the menu item on a hot-n-ready pizza with crazy crust and try the difference. No crust back. Crazy crust is garlic butter and Parmesan cheese blown around the edge. I also love the employees of Lil 'C who work together and their obvious how the chemistry progresses between customer and employee.

Worst location. I ordered 1 pepperoni pizza over the phone at 7:50pm and was told it will take 5-10 mins. I arrive at 820pm and was told it's going to to a 15 minute wait. 15 minutes later the same employee came up to me and say sorry no one put your pizza in.. but they're putting it in now. I asked for my money back or just any of the 12 pizzas they had sitting there and 2 employees just laughed at me. THE EMPLOYEES THERE ARE A JOKE!
