Little Taco Factory - San Antonio

The breakfast taco here is absolutely the best! The service is excellent, and the staff are very friendly.

DISAPPOINTING. We ordered four tacos: avocado, migas, pork chop, and beans with chorizo. We were surprised to find that each taco contained only the main ingredient, without any seasonings or additional flavors. The avocado taco had just two slices of avocado, the pork chop taco consisted only of chopped meat, and the migas taco was essentially a chopped corn tortilla mixed with scrambled eggs. While these are the bare minimum ingredients, we expected at least a touch of salt and pepper, or some kind of seasoning. The homemade flour tortillas were quite thick as well. Perhaps their non-taco dishes are better.

It was decent, but not exceptional. I chose to go based on the high customer ratings, but I left feeling disappointed.

We stopped by for a quick breakfast and tried their $0.99 breakfast tacos, which were delicious. The tortillas were incredibly fresh. The decor featured the typical vibrant fiesta colors. The service was fast, and the staff was friendly.
