The best seafood and Cajun restaurant in San Antonio!! Friendly greeting and service from the moment you walk in the door. Be sure to make a reservation (it's quick and easy online) so that you do not have to endure the sometimes lengthy wait (30-45 mins at peak times). Drinks from the bar are quick as are the appetizers. You have got to try the Shrimp Crawfish Fondue, it's out of this world!! All of the entrees are top notch and you won't be disappointed whatsoever. I've never had enough appetite left to delve into the desserts, but they always look so tempting.

The restaurant has a vibrant and lively atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal with friends or family. I've also heard great things about their attentive and friendly service. At Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen I had the Mississippi Catfish Shrimp Etouffee is an absolute delight for seafood lovers! The catfish is perfectly seasoned and fried to crispy perfection, while the shrimp etouffee is rich, flavorful, and packed with Cajun spices. The combination of the two is a match made in seafood heaven! The restaurant has a cozy, charm that adds to the overall dining experience. We love Pappadeaux. We recently celebrated my wife’s daughter n love’s birthdays, plus our anniversary. It’s almost always packed, especially during lunchtime dinner. Our favorites are Shrimp crawfish étouffée, the dirty rice, Mississippi fried blackened catfish, Calamari; Fried Oysters on the half shell, boudin, seafood gumbo of couse the key lime pie cream brûlée to name a few. The service was great. Dana was a great server. Upbeat, positive full energy. She was very attentive. Thanks Dana. See ya very soon.

Had the tilapia with beurre sauce and toasted hazelnuts. Portions were huge and delicious. Chicken on chicken tender salad was super tender. Wpuld not reorder Diet coke again which tasted off and numbed my tongue.
