The food is always good as long as they have it or you don't have to wait for it. I go here often for lunch. The strawberry lemonade machine wasn't working for a few weeks. You would think they would put a sign out that they were out. No just let you keep asking for and the machine isn't working. Put up a sign already. Then no more pies. Constantly out of them. Then you have to pull over to the side for chicken. Another time the ATM machine was out and it was cash only. You wouldn't know that until you've been in a line behind 7 cars and you get to the front and surprise nothing is working. The staff is pretty nice but I guess I would say the service there is not becoming at all. It's ghetto to be exact! I asked for 3 wings today at first the didn't have any, when I got to the window another person said she didn't know how longs it would take to cook them. I said you have no idea ‍ next think you know she said she had 3 wings with a hard ass biscuit that I didn't ask For. Just closed down already.

Placed a simple order for spicy chicken Sandwich combo and popcorn shrimp. order Sweet tea and felt like I was rushed off the intercom. Once I got to the window and paid with cash and was told to pull up to the trash can. Usually they give you the drink so I waited a second thinking she would hand it to me, then I would pull up. She never gave me a drink but simply told me to pull up to the trash can again. After waiting in the Texas heat a 6 or 7 min I finally was brought my food. I was so ready to be home that it never hit me that I didn't even get my drink. I also wasn't given a receipt to even call my order number in. All in all not a great experience.

The best chicken, freshness and taste. And their companions are the best. I don't like the spices on the potatoes because they are always supplied cold. Food: 5/5

Fortunately, food is always good, but sometimes the service is not so great. Bad attitude and laziness lawyers away. People don't want to work, they shouldn't. A simple smile goes on the wayFood: 4/5

I was annoyed when the team leader took my order, which was not a problem, but the way she reprocessed my order, I took it personally when she just put the food on the counter and said here, you go that there were customers before me, then it is as if her attitude was negative, and in order to finish it, I didn't get my buttermilk cookies, and turned around to go back to this damm place then I thought If the Brawd had a bad day, she should have let someone rise. I have often been in this place and have never dealt with this issue, because I am very often visiting the area, especially in veterinary matters. I'm not sure if I want to go there and see this person again. Surely she would let me know how I felt about the sad customer service.
