Red Lobster San Antonio Loop 1604

Waited 1.5 hours for service while seated. They only had 3 of the 5 ultimate endless shrimps and charged me for the ultimate endless shrimp. The waitress worked all the tables by herself and she gets an A+ for busting her tail. The cooks we’re playing music so loud you could hear it in the dining room. My experience was not worth the price and my 80 year old mother in law who’s birthday we were celebrating was falling asleep while waiting for her dinner. Other patrons were cleaning there own tables off.

Was my once a week date with girlfriend, very nice and quiet for a Thursday’s evening.

Poor experience The restaurant did not have red wines available Unacceptable

Vern though we made an appointment thru open table we were still seat almost 1 1/2 hours later. We were pretty much the last ones in the restaurant as to they were already closing. We never got our appetizer and after only 1 drink we were told the bartender was already gone for the day. Overall Gilbert was great. Great customer service.

Our food and SERVICE was amazing ! Thanks for a wonderful evening !
