The wait was initially said to be 5 minutes, and considering it was not too crowded, that made sense. However, after 45 minutes, we were still waiting, which was quite frustrating. I also noticed that the whole restaurant was uncomfortably hot, as if the air conditioning hadn't been turned on. When we finally placed our order, the food was delicious, but after we received it, we ended up taking our leftovers in to-go boxes and leaving. I probably won't be returning to this restaurant.

It’s suitable for casual dining. The server had a delightful personality and a great attitude.

The dining experience was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. However, they forgot to bring a few items to the table and needed a reminder.

The attention, service and charisma of the waitress Alejandra made a real difference. The restaurant was dirty and lacking maintenance, it worries me because I have been eating in this franchise for YEARS and that was not the impression I had, much less in COVID times.

Wait staff too spread out guy had too many tables so basic things were not done.
