Subway - San Antonio

I had a really good experience! My sub was fresh and the new guy Skailer is awesome! 10/10 will return!!

I visited the restaurant recently and was really impressed by the cashier, Amonie. She provided exceptional customer service, and I genuinely enjoyed my experience with her! It's important to keep employees like her! Also, I want to commend her for balancing school and work—it's refreshing to see young people with such drive and ambition!

I ordered a footlong sandwich and noticed that the man taking my order was new to the job. He seemed unsure about the menu, but I was patient with him. Unfortunately, the woman supervising him was quite harsh, scolding him in front of me because he had added too many vegetables to my sandwich. I felt sorry for the guy and regretted not standing up for him and asking the lady to ease up a bit. I wish I had offered him some encouragement and expressed my gratitude. He appeared to be genuinely nice, and I didn't appreciate how he was treated. I'm sharing this review in hopes that the man sees it and feels encouraged, and that the lady learns to be more understanding toward new employees.

I really enjoy the fresh bread here, and the service is quick and friendly. However, I really wish they would bring back the Italian dressing. Instead, I find myself going into Walmart to buy dressing for my sandwich.
