Wendy's - San Antonio

This food was terrible. DO NOT order from this is my first time ordering my fries were disgusting and cold. Not my dashers fault because they were quick and the store is 5 mins away. Taste like the grease havent been changed in for ever my fries taste like they had been sitting for at least 10 minutes I didnt even finish them. The burger patty tasted horrible and very dry. Nuggets also tasted old everything was old.

The Cobb Salad is literal so GOOD and its pretty huge! The strawberry lemonade always hits the spot too.

Today I decided to try this place again. Maybe they had better staff. The most important thing for me is that they don't wear gloves while they make your food. And if that's not bad enough, the cashier helps to make burgers without washing their hands, that's right after dealing with money. Disgusting! It happened twice two different cash registers. I left, NIE will go back. All other places use gloves. Just rough. No stars are what I think. Do not eat your hands or wear gloves.

Worst Wendys I was there. Waits in the drive-dru line for probably 20 min. When I got up to the speaker, I literally waited 5 minutes before they even said something. Cash was rude and short with me. They moved into the window to pay, and they had to let me go to the parking lot and bring my food and drinks. We love Wendys, but do better! Very disappointing...

This situation is very slow if you need something fast I would advise not to go there
