Írjon visszajelzéstI ordered a certain way my breakfast and was in a rush to get to my appointment on time. Didn?t have time to return but the Manager Monica took care of me a few days later returned. I had pictures but already deleted them. You do need to retain yourreceipt.
It takes no effort to make meals right. When I see that the employees float around, do nothing when tables are dirty and meals are taken out in such a embarrassing way, then I don't want to return to a place. The fact of avocado in this meal means a teaspoon amount is a full joke. Just the reason why it gets 2 stars is because the employees are respectful. It is obvious that the manager in this place 't do their work with quality control, and the franchise owner is equally useless and does not care about the business they own.
Unfortunately i was missing an order this morning and went back to this store and they gave me my missing order but said i had received it, so at that point i asked for the manager and the lady said i am the manager and i put your order in with the others you ordered. so im really shocked that she was calling me a liar basically after i had to come back for my missing order. WOWshort story long, i order Big amounts of meals for our business from this store twice a month (not again for this mistake from the manager of calling me a liar)
I'm huge fan of whataburger. I've have been going my whole life but in the past 2 months I have been going to this location, the 6 out of the 7 times of ordered, they have managed to mess up my order in some shape or form.Service: 1/5
So they were fast but the chicken strips were hard and the fries were stale not only that but the gravy was so watery on top of that the girl on drive thru didn't say anything to me just wanted me to hand over method of payment and just gave me my card and food like byeeee Felicia ? I won't spend my money at this location there's another one a little further out that serves good food I'll got to that one
