Whataburger - San Antonio

My recent visits, including the last two, have been extremely disappointing due to consistently incorrect orders. It’s particularly frustrating when the manager on duty seems more annoyed with the customer for requesting a correction than being accountable for the original mistake. In these orders, I’ve asked for a burger with extra lettuce, extra tomato, and extra pickles. Instead of correcting the mistake to let the flavors meld together, I received a separate container of extra veggies, forcing me to assemble the burger myself at my destination. I strongly suggest that the staff from the Sweetwater, TX location undergo service training across different locations. In contrast, my experience at the San Antonio location was outstanding, with both the manager and delivery team providing exceptional service. Despite the busy atmosphere, everyone felt acknowledged and valued, making for a seamless experience.

The self-checkout experience leaves much to be desired. The item in my bag was not registered correctly, and it felt like I had to walk two miles just to get from the milk to the bread. It was quite the workout for a small grocery run. Additionally, there isn’t enough handicap parking available. On a positive note, the store itself is nice, with plenty of perks, and the employees are great!

Waited in the drive thru for a long time despite being the only car there at the time. Confirmed my order twice with the person taking my order and when I got my food it was wrong (specified twice that i wanted it plain with cheese and it came witheverything and no cheese). Took my order at 833, didn't get my food until 846. By that point the line had gotten so longbehind me that there was no point in waiting again. Terrible establishment. Would not recommend.

Nice employees. Patient and understanding. Discounts. Great communication teamwork. Great beverage layout. Nice parking design. Very clean place. Good ambience. The pictures I took here are two employees that really stood out. They performedextremely well and were focused on their jobs while being nice, courteous, and attentive. If there were more than 5 stars, I'ddefinitely give them above 10.
