Very pleasant restaurant serving up quality food in a superb environment with incredible views. The desserts in particular were great, especially thebroange sponge cake. The rooftop bar next door is great too!

I had the pleasure of dinning at Restaurant 360 during my recent stay in Gran Canaria, and I must say that it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the stunning location and warm ambiance. The restaurant has a breathtaking view that set the stage fora memorable evening. Our culinary journey began with a cocktail, and they were not only visually appealing but also bursting with flavor. Also the wine list was equally commendable, offering a diverse range of options that perfectly complemented the dishes to come. Speaking of the food, the menu featured a tantalizing array of dishes, each expertly prepared and presented. The flavors were a harmonious blend, resulting in a truly dining experience. From starters to desserts while serenaded by the enchanting live music that played in the background. The live music was the touch of elegance to the already charming atmosphere. I must mention that my initial reservation experience was bit of a situation, as it seemed to have been made for the cocktail bar rather than the restaurant itself. However, the gracious ant attentive staff swiftly resolved the issue and went above and beyond to rectify the situation, ensuring that we could experience the flavors of Restaurant 360 and enjoy their panoramic view! This level of customer service truly made a positive impression on me. My conclusion is that Restaurant 360 is a gem that effortlessly combines delectable cuisine, exceptional cocktails, fine wines, and an inviting ambiance. Despite the initial hiccup with the reservation, the dedication and professionalism of the staff turned the situation around, allowing us to filly immerse ourselves in the experience.

To start we had a minor complication, which was immediately solved and smoothed over with a glass of complementary cava each. The service was great. The views beautiful. The food and cocktails equally as good. (Highly recommend the burrata to start, the sirloin with creamy truffle potato, and the lamb shank .We went on a Friday and went to sit in the bar after dinner, because the live music from Dani Glez Luis Auyanet was so entertaining! Can be on the pricier side, but totally worth it for the experience as a whole. I would go back again and again !!
