Kelly’s Deli - San Carlos

Pastrami Burger was the best burger I've ever had, and I swear I don't exaggerate. Cool spot. I'm glad I've stunned it on my way out of Home Depot. Will definitely be back regularly.

The food is great, and the sandwiches are delicious. The restaurant has a lot to offer. However, I have a complaint—not about the food, but about the owner. Today, Saturday, January 29, at 2:30 PM, I visited the place after stopping by Home Depot. There were two employees working: a young woman who cooked and worked very efficiently, and another lady who looked to be between 35 and 40 years old. While the young woman was quick in preparing the food, I found myself waiting about 20 minutes for my order because of the older lady. This was a bit disappointing. Overall, I enjoyed the food, but the service could use some improvement.

I used to enjoy this restaurant for special occasions on weekends. Unfortunately, the signs are no longer there, and the building appears to be abandoned. I really hope they make a comeback somewhere!

They're substantial enough to fill you up, but not so heavy that you feel sluggish afterward. The best part? It’s quick and budget-friendly. While prices have gone up a bit over time, it’s still the best value around, especially for the Bay Area. The staff are hardworking and genuinely nice, always striving to make your experience enjoyable. In short, it’s a great place: delicious, satisfying, fast, and affordable, with a fantastic team. I can't recommend it enough! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: "I love this place and I eat here every time I’m in the area." It's truly worth it!
