Great location. the staff is friendly and helpful. the rooms are clean and well maintained, but they could use a renovation.

Don't book at this hotel. They're scammers. since October we booked with my partner paying in cash the entire reserve for 7 nights for the first week of January. A week ago we were informed that we were cancelled the reservation without further. It is false that they are changing administration; what they did was to overturn the places they count and those we hire in good faith left us stranded because it is more profitable to sell today that reservation that 2 months ago. not only do they not answer the phone, but they still did not return the money. Very bad management!

Elevators go when they want, the heating is malicious. if a minimum of cold or you're having a fever, you're going to get sick for days. sheets are hard, but thin as paper (they keep nothing warm)

We arrived and for a damage at the hotel we wanted to change to a lower one. We were never told in advance of the change. After complaining they brought us back to the hotel but nothing is like in the photos or what they sell. Bathrooms of horrible rooms, rooms with old padding and bad smell. Breakfast wasn't what they said. Slow and bad attention. Don't come to this hotel. I don't recommend it!!
