Panetteria Pasticceria Simeoni

My daughter and I walked to this bakery every morning while we were in San Daniele to buy wonderful treats for breakfast. I could not eat them, because I must eat gluten-free, but the rest of the family loved them. The staff was kind and helpful.

Panetteria Pasticceria Simeoni offers the unbeatable Italian combination of a cosy outdoor sit down area, where you can watch San Daniele street life, good coffee, delicious pastry (see picture), polite service and reasonable prices. When in San Daniele, we strive to have a sit-down at Simeoni to order some of the aforementioned delicacies; once we had a disappointment for Simeoni is closed Monday afternoon. It is our favorite bakery-café in the center of San Daniele.

Pasticceria Panificio Simeoni is a bakery with a sit-down area, where hot and cold drinks, cakes, pastries and sandwiches are served. Outside is also a sit-down area, where you can sit and watch the San Daniele street life. As the Via Umberto I is sloping due to the hill location of San Daniele, the outdoor area of Simeoni is a bit elevated above street level, so a nice view over Via Umberto I can be had. I must comment on the elegant cups, saucers and plates, which Simeoni have in use, the delicious pastry, excellent espresso (no surprise in Italy) and very hospitable and polite service. It is to be recommended to order at the bakery counter, so the selection of the desired pastry will be hands-on . We visited Simeoni twice. To be recommended.

Ottimo pane tostato e caffè/caffè prima mattina consumato sia all'interno che all'esterno della camera. la pasticceria che offro è deliziosa e di qualità. provarci!
