Carl's Jr. - San Diego

This is not regarding the food it regarding how the manger talk to other employees!!! A very nice young man charged my card and serve food, when i told him that there?s a person walking thru the drive thru. He told to a woman (probably his manager) what Itold him, she were yelling at him in front of me in a mean way! I could see he felt humiliated, I was embarrassed. THAT?S NOTHOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE THST WORKS UNDER YOU. That happened around lunch here at almost 10 pm still thinking about it , wish Iwould have confronted her for talking this way to this young guy. Very disappointed!

Friendly and cheerful service just made the perfectly cooked delicious food even more so delicious! Loved it. Had the hand breaded crispy chicken (2 in fact) and jalapeno poppers.

I love this place. My favorite is the lettuce wrapper burger.

I absolutely love Carl's Jr. They have the best burgers! However, you forgot one entire order out of the three meals I received. When I called to get it replaced, I was told no. Honestly, who keeps food receipts? I never expected to have to prove I paid for an $11 meal. I'm done with Carl's. This is ridiculous!

I visited this restaurant on a Sunday night, thinking it would be open at midnight as advertised, but the drive-thru was closed. I feel frustrated as I wasted my gas based on their misleading business hours. It's disappointing that they would claim to be open when they aren't. They really need to be honest with their hours.
