Gaslamp Tavern - San Diego

This is an excellent spot for watching sports, offering delicious bar food. The atmosphere is quite laid-back during the day.

I decided to try a tavern for a solo dinner, and I was pleasantly surprised. The place had a lively atmosphere with a great crowd and energy. I went with the Infierno burger, paired with tater tots and a side of fried pickle chips. While the fried pickles and burger were just average, the tater tots truly stole the show. That said, I had already checked the menu prior to arriving, so I knew what to expect. The service was outstanding, which really enhanced the experience in such a vibrant setting. If you’re visiting from out of town and looking for a fun, relaxed spot in the Gaslamp District, this place won’t let you down. Plus, the open-air vibe adds to the overall enjoyment. I would definitely return.

The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, and I love the atmosphere here. We sat with our backs to the road, but our attention was always drawn to the big screens and the inviting interior.

Cool place to be, service not so fast but was ok. Lot of Beer and div. Food (i recommend te Nachos)

This is by far the best place to watch UFC fights downtown. Occasionally, they put it on the big screen projector in the upstairs area as well.
