Írjon visszajelzéstI never liked Indian food until I came here. I can't handle spices, and they always have the spice levels perfect in their food. I had the Alu-Gobi and the vegetable corma tonight a few weeks ago and felt absolutely lucky to eat it. I know it's silly! My friend and I come here more often.
Average food , both chicken samoosa and chicken biriyani tasted okay . Better than the other Indian restaurants around .
Went into tandoori hut with high expectations, glad I did. Food was great with huge portions for thier lunch specials. Would definitely come back when in SD. The chai is very authentic and some of the best in town.
This little restaurant has been open since 2012 and I am so happy that it made it through the covid crisis. There is no bus a there anymore which was my favorite but, there is a small menu to choose from. Lunch special $12.99 get a choice of two small entrees, rice and cucumber salad. There are seven comfortable boots in there and a half a dozen tables. There is a small patio in the front. Just a heads up there is no parking on 5th and University. There's a little parking lot on 4th that you pay and there is one on Robinson at Rite Aid. You can pay at.
Ordered Malai Kofta, mushroom masala, and Manchurian Gobi, with Indian Tea all of which are my Indian vegetarian favorites. Mushroom Masala was the best. Malai Kofta was way too salty, definitely need to be eaten with lots of rice. Manchurian Gobi was more sour and sweet than any others I have had. Tea was unsweetened and the service was good.
