Panda Express - San Dimas

* Fast service * Fresh food * Friendly server * Limited options My husband has taken me to three different Panda Express locations over the past few years, but I had never been until now. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly we got our food without having to wait in line. However, there were a couple of downsides: I didn't realize the orange chicken would be spicy, which meant my kids didn't want to eat it, and they also didn't have spoons available, making it difficult for the little ones to eat their rice.

The prices are competitive with similar restaurants. The aromas are consistent across all their locations. In fact, I find that eating at Panda Express is both superior and more affordable, with larger portions compared to the higher-end PF Chang's.

This Panda location features a drive-thru and shares a parking lot with Costco. If that doesn't deter you... The staff were friendly, but not as attentive as they might be in a traditional setting, likely due to the busy drive-thru environment. The atmosphere felt a bit chaotic, as it seemed like I was surrounded by customers coming from all directions. The staff definitely earn their pay. The food was excellent, and the friendliness of the team was typical of Panda. However, I probably won't return because I really dislike navigating the streets around Costco.
