Double Shot Coffee - San Francisc

I got bagels from this place a couple times and two times I have gotten moldy bagels. The first time I was about to eat it and I saw some green little spots so I decided to open it and check the rest of it. The rest of the bagel also had green little spots with white stuff growing out of it. The second time I ate half the bagel and noticed towards the end of me eating it that it was a little stale so I decided to check the other half and it had green spots!!! This is disgusting and a shame. I hope this place gets shuts down!

Neighborhood spot that I have passed by many times before and finally decided to try it out. Vibes inside are awesome, I love the mural on the wall of a muni bus, coffee and SF/Crocker vibes. Food and coffee look great. Now why the 3 stars? For my first visit I was a tad disappointed with the Nitro Cold brew. I will for sure give this place another chance sometime in the future though.

Cute small place. Decent prices. But this is the 2nd time I come in and they can't seem to get my sandwich order correct. The first time I didn't check it and I got to work and had no choice but to eat what they gave me. This time I checked it before leaving and it was wrong. I asked them to fix it and they did, no questions asked. They gave me a second sandwich and it was still wrong. Im limited on time so I'll just remove what I don't want. I asked for French roll, mayo, ham, lettuce, cucumbers and onions. Not too difficult. I even told them in Spanish so i know it wasn't a language issue. There's only two ladies running the place. They take long to give you your order no matter what it is.

I should've learned Spanish. I had trouble ordering two Mexican Mochas but it got ordered and it was great! I'd come back again even though there's a language barrier.

Surprised at service received today. girl was on the phone with her boyfriend while we were waiting to order. after a couple of minutes she rolls her eyes and asks if we're ready to order then hangs up her call. we order our drinks, pay and and sit down and I realize she didn't ask what milk we prefer. I ask her what milk she was using and she said whole milk. I told her I was allergic and if she could please make my drink with oat milk. She was upset and attempted to charge me for another whole new drink. we were so turned off by her attitude and unprofessional behavior we ended up leaving with no coffee. super disappointed with customer service today and regret spending almost $10 with nothing to show for it.
