Írjon visszajelzéstMy cousins and I put ourselves down on the waiting list at Halu (said it was going to be about 30 minutes), so we walked to the nearest bar. There's billiards here. It's convenient. unfinished review that was suppose to be uploaded in March. All you need to know it's not a bar. And it was the first time I had tito's chilled.
540 Club was Stop #2 on a pub crawl that my friends and I did after brunch one Sunday. The bartenders were friendly. I like that there's a small outdoor patio, and it seems dog friendly. I should bring my dog here next time! This place truly has a pub atmosphere, with it's tattered furniture and dingy feel. My friends and I easily found a spot along the wall to chill and order some drinks. In the spirit of brunch, I ordered a **** Mary. It was alright. Not at the spice level I like, so I'd want to request more fire next time. Then again, I can't argue with the fact that it's a relatively inexpensive bar. Overall it's not my favorite bar, but I could immediately see that it's a go-to for many locals. Pretty standard divey venue, so definitely include this on your next pub crawl!
I love this place, it's my neighborhood watering hole and favorite bar! The bartenders are awesome and they have plenty of draft beer and hard liquor. Cheers!
Lately, I 've been in a crabby mood, but since it 's that special time of year, I need to be in the HO HO HO spirit! I hereby yelp 540 Club. When I lived in this inner Richmond 'hood ', I hit this place up a handful of times, and have always been good ones at that. I love that the 540 Club is so unassuming, amidst the mini Chinatown that is Clement Street. Like others have mentioned before, it 's not quite a club, but mainly a super chill, no frills bar. There are a few tables and chairs for your smoking and drinking pleasure out in front. Inside, it 's pretty dark and with SF Giants paraphernalia throughout. Fully stocked with beers on tap and your choice of spirits. Music isn 't bad, either! Apparently, there 's a new pool table towards the back of the bar. Clientele are mainly local folk. Last time I was there, I was having a catch-up convo with a friend, and some completely clueless fella tried to interrupt us while his buddy was using the bathroom. Sorry dude, while you were friendly, you talked too much and were trying way too hard to impress us. AnywHOoters, the best part of about the 540 is that they have HOs on tap. That 's right, my beloved Hoegaarden is on draft, my dear Yelp friends. Oh Mylanta indeed! What 's there not to love about dem HOs? Must get to the Inner Richmond more often. Who wants to join me? I hear they have a wicked Happy HOur! Cheers and HO HO HO!
This is the best dive bar in the Richmond district. The staff is amazing, the crowd is local and the selection of beers is surprisingly awesome! These guys frequently rotate their IPA tap, and feature beers from local companies such as Faction and Revision, two breweries that are extremely relevant in the current west-coast brewing landscape. The gals behind the bar are the best! Michelle and Sally are such amazing people and bartenders, I always enjoy visiting with them. Stop by on the weekend and you might catch a set from the neighborhood DJ Booker D, or grab a taco from the Alfaro truck outside. I have grown to love this spot, and always look forward to my next visit. Thanks for being such a gem on Clement street!
