Berber Sf - San Francisco

I am extremely frustrated with Berber. I made reservations for a Saturday night well in advance and had to pay a deposit of over $100. A few weeks before the date, I received an email stating that my reservation was cancelled because someone had bought out the entire restaurant. I emailed them three times over the course of several weeks to inquire about the refund of my deposit, but I never received a response. I attempted to call them, but they did not answer the phone and their voicemail box was full. Now, I will have to contact my credit card company to retrieve my deposit. This is incredibly disappointing customer service.

The atmosphere overall was positive. The set menu should offer more choices for selection.

We visited this restaurant based on a friend's recommendation. The service was fantastic and the staff were friendly. The meal was delicious! We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for a great experience.

Such a wonderful experience. The guitar player was so talented. The show was super fun! The food and service was outstanding. The people that own the restaurant are super friendly! The staff are so kind! What a great place to celebrate my husband’s birthday. I highly recommend and will return. My 20 year old daughter loved it as well! Bravo! Thanks for a wonderful evening and experience!
