I loved it and will definitely visit again. I consider this as one of the hidden gems in the city
Experience: As far as modern Indian restaurants go, this is not the best food we had (also in the Bay Area), but it is still very good. The possible Samosas were great, the Malai Koftas were well done (if not remarkable), and the Maska Paneer was a real innovation (Why do more places not use shrunk windshield wipers? It ensures that you get disc cleaner in every bite.) The Pav Bhaji Puff was the only disappointing article that had no good taste and the concept simply did not work. Must know: The garlic naan is more like a paratha than a naan, and also has cheese (at the point where it is more suitable to describe it as cheese naan.) We enjoyed it even though the menu description is misleading. Remarkable: Fast, friendly service, except our drinks took a while, and the server apologized to say the bar was secured (the place was busy, so understandable.) The drinks are worth waiting, however, and this is one of few restaurants that have several gin cocktails on its regular menu.
Amazing flavor combinations and colorful luxurious vegetarian and vegan dishes. The menu includes the mood of four different cities in India with a creative takeover of some Indian classics. Go with a group so you can taste a lot of dishes. Can be spicy, so be careful if you can?t with sharp handle. Four people ate and got super full for about $65 a person we got 8 dishes plus rice and naan and had leftovers.
More than amazing contemporary Indian food in besharam. thanks to a whole vegetarian menu. we had mini radish kachoris, Paresh?s paratas and besharam samosas as starter. although the part was like a tapas, taste and quality did not impair. our escaped were daal dhokli, kebabs and kichdi . kebabs were plant-based, but had a fleshy texture. khichdi was tasteful and daal dokli was to die for . cocktails were ok. mawa beignets was a brilliant dessert creation. the ambiente was alive. Eating was light, humble and not greasy. good service. wish chef patel can open another location in palo alto area with south bay customers.
The food was so good!! Everything is vegetarian, including some impossible meat options. The menu is set up in four sections based on cities that influenced the chef 's life. Everything we ordered was really good. The Drunken pani puri, Mango salad, dahi wada, and who killed the lamb were big hits. We also really liked the saffron cheesecake with blueberry compote. In terms of portions, I 'd probably suggest ~1 smaller plate and ~1 larger dish per person
