Drinks and snacks they have there are ok. My kids like it. We go here every so often. The staff that work here just seem miserable/unhappy. Never friendly customer service whatsoever. I don't expect it but maybe they can drop the bad attitude. If you don't like working here work somewhere else.

Cheapest boba store ever. When I got my stamp full, I even got a free drink. During the covid-19, sanitize is great

Went here today, the drinks are so light/tasteless, and the chicken wing are super salty! Menu post 4 pieces each order but the chicken wings are cut in half!

They gave very little jelly and when I asked her to give just a bit more, the front desk lady was very rude and told me to next door to buy milk tea instead if I didn’t like it. After she filled the cups up, she put them to the side and made me stand there while she talked to someone else in the back for about 5 minutes without telling me the total amount. Horrible customer service and the amount of jelly given was not worth what I paid for. They just lost a customer who’s been going there for years. Never going back again.

Whoever was working today on feb, 20, around 3-4 at front desk and another working at back, absolutely horrible attitude. just lost a loyal customer who’d been going there for years. very unprofessional attitude and had literally told me to go next door if i was unsatisfied.
