Írjon visszajelzéstGordo has been my nostalgic eats since the 90s. Go to has always been super burrito with carnitas (or pollo) with no beans and extra hot sauce. Comes out to around $8 Another one is the quesadilla is delicious the way they do it there it?s not what someone would typically imagine (if Taco Bell was the base) Though all the locations have the exact same menu and pretty similar taste? personally I feel the one on 23rd and clement is the best one despite being the smallestlocation. Parking in the 9th Ave area also sucks so you?d have to be in the area, take muni, walk or bike. Golden gate park is right there so you can get a burrito to go then walk and eat it in the park.
Gordo has been my favorite burrito place for? omg.. 30 years. I?ve tried many others, but none have been as good as Gordo. Everything tastes fresh and I love the char on the grilled chicken, which takes the flavors up a notch. Great hot sauce and fresh pico, too. Highly recommend. :
I use to tolerate the snarky workers here but not anymore. Absolutely the worst burrito I've had ever. How can you make a bland pork chile verde burrito!? By just not giving a sh*t that's how. Paid the extra $2.50 for chips and salsa which would be no biggie if the chips weren't stale. Lordy just NO.
Service is really slow. Food was ok. Large portions, especially for the price. Affordable and good food. But there's a wait. Not very friendly.Food: 4/5
One big star knocked off for the horrible customer service from the cashier. Gordos still gets 4 stars as I don't believe in punishing the business for one staff member who is possibly having a bad day, translating into poor service transactions. The cashier handed my bag of chips to another customer after I had paid for it. When I double checked my order while standing in front of the cashier, I told him that I was missing a bag of chips. He stated he will not give me a bag as I did not pay for it, then proceeded to ignore me and help another customer. I had to show him a copy of my email receipt in order for him to believe that I paid for the chips. Very unprofessional and rude. I did not feel valued as a customer and have been coming to Gordos as a respectful customer for more than ten years. Additionally I was having trouble redeeming my points to receive a free bag of chips and pico de gallo so I took longer than expected at the cashier. When I say extra time, I mean I took one extra minute to try and figure out how to use my bonus points. The cashier cut me off while I was politely asking for help to redeem my points. He told me flatly that he will help the next customer in line. The customer that was waiting behind me was being polite and was not even rushing to pay. After that I stood on the side and waited for him to help 2 more customers before he acknowledged me again. I do not appreciate being treated like a liar and a thief. I would recommend this staff member to practice more patience with customers and pay attention to the orders so this mistake will not happen again. Otherwise the rest of the staff were great, and the quality of Gordo burritos are consistently amazing.
