Incredible service, solid snack and beer for happy hour

We stopped in while in the area, and were glad we did! The staff (especially Cesar) was super nice and took care of every request we had. We had the deviled eggs as well as the poutine they both tasted great, as did our cocktails. Prices were very reasonable. Definitely drop in!

Stayed at the Spero next door and decided to have our last meal here, before checking out early next morning. Originally went in as wanted some cocktails on the happy hour menu online, however upon arrival was told that they are no longer available. Hugely disappointed. Website needs updating. Had the Wagyu Cheeseburger which was really nice but the Cobb salad was standard for what was charged. Requested blue cheese dressing for the salad which came half way through the meal. Paid a lot less for much bigger salad portions (and higher standard) in San Francisco. Ok but way overpriced. Service, average.

Ventured here on a whim with some coworkers before a meet-up later with others. Wasn't disappointed but wasn't impressed. Happy hour meant sub $10 cocktails, so I opted for an old fashioned which was moderately strong. For dinner, I chose the J Burger, which apparently was tried by the great late Anthony Bourdain. I asked to sub the blue cheese for cheddar, which didn't happen. Burger came out medium rare as requested. The cook on the patty was juicy. The fries over salad side choice is the way to go. Think McDonald's fries without the greasiness. Vibe is an old timey tourist. We were a party of 4 who didn't really need much attention, but when it came to closing the bill, it took forever. We had napkins on the table even but golly it took a while for our server to remember. Nice for a rando choice, but not a regular stop or second try for me.
