Sophie's Crepes - San Francisco

Got the Crepe with Ice Cream, pretty standard crepe, no complaints.

Terrible service! We waited 15 minutes for one item, and they didn't inform us when it was ready. By the time we got it, it was ice cold and tasted awful due to poor ingredients. I would rate this a 0/10—it's the worst experience I've had at a dessert place. For $12, I expect to at least receive my food.

I have no complaints about the food; it was exactly what I expected. However, the customer service was among the worst I've experienced in a long time. As soon as I walked in, the cashier glared at me and seemed genuinely unhappy about my order. For some reason, he was upset that I wanted to order two items for myself and my friend. When our order was ready, and I approached to pick it up, the staff was completely uncommunicative. I mentioned my order number, and they just stared at me, slamming my food down on the counter. This is the first time I've encountered such poor customer service anywhere, and I'm quite disappointed because the service was much better a few years ago.

If you prefer a crispier crepe, this place is a great choice. It's different from traditional French crepes.

The food quality is okay, no indoor seatings but can find seats in the shopping center. The cashier service is questionable, because I ordered a cheese crepe, but she entered cheese and ham crepe. So I ended up getting a different item as I ordered.
