Vixi Cucina Italiana - San Francisco

I was really wanting lasagna, which is surprisingly difficult to find in Richmond. After reading some reviews, I decided to try this restaurant, hoping it was too early for any fly issues. The lasagna had a taste similar to a frozen dinner, confirming it wasn't fresh. I did get a Caesar salad, which was decent but didn't make the trip worthwhile.

Check this out...I made an order to pick up..Went to get it and you could tell by her reaction and pressing buttons that she hadn't even put the order in yet and told me i had to wait..while i was waiting, i needed to use the bathroom.. she (dark haired girl at the front desk) told me i couldnt use it and it was for customers only...i thought she was joking but she was serious...i was shocked...she was such a little beach about it too...i wont be back..i can see by a previous comments under me that its a regular thing..crazy stuff...im local and i wont be back..and the people i told this to wont be going there either...the restaurant is always empty so pulling this stunt is a death sentence...good luck with your downfall..

I just ordered takeout from this restaurant and had a bad experience. Normally, they offer bread, but I was told I needed to order it separately. They also did not provide utensils or napkins. The customer service was not friendly. I am sorry to say that I will not be returning to this restaurant.

As a frequent traveler for work, I often find myself staying in the area where this restaurant is located. I absolutely adore the peaceful, relaxed ambiance of this cozy little restaurant and enjoy taking leisurely walks down to dine there.

Cancelled my delivery a half hour after I ordered it and drove there with two hungry kids in the car. Said they tried to call and then backpedaled on that excuse and played d like they never got it. Frustrating on a Friday night after thinking we arranged everything with the restaurant to be denied upon arrival. Restaurant was empty, and I can continue to make orders for pickup on other apps so I'm not sure why they cancelled our order. Would love to know what happened, hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.
