Dx-lab - San Gabriel

Owners don't speak much English. But they have an option to text your order which makes it easier to order. Food is good, and they gave full portions of the food...even for the dine la menu. I've been here prior to Dine LA and have been constantly back for their dan dan noodles.

The restaurant was unprepared for the DineLA event and had only two servers on duty. When I mentioned my 7 PM reservation made through OpenTable, one of the servers informed me that they had overbooked. As a result, there would be a long wait, and we ultimately decided not to dine there.

The restaurant was a bit short-staffed, but the team was very accommodating and attentive to our requests. The portions were quite generous, though nothing really stood out enough to make me want to come back.

The food is of excellent quality. The DineLA menu offers a great selection for first-time diners to explore.
