Chagolla's Taqueria - San Jacinto

You know that feeling when you're driving and your hunger starts to kick in? With a plan to visit the town of San Jacinto, named either after our famous nearby mountain or for other reasons, I found myself exploring this small community and strolling down Main Street. At the end of the street, I discovered a charming little Mexican restaurant. I decided to order the quesadillas. While waiting for my food, I struck up a wonderful conversation with a woman who has lived there for 22 years. I highly recommend this place. I haven't had such delicious quesadillas in a long time!

The service is friendly, and the woman who took my order was very attentive. The restaurant is clean, and I ordered tacos al pastor, which were delicious. They also have some great French fries. There's a nice little sauce bar with various chili sauces, along with cucumbers, radishes, and of course, cilantro and scallions. I stopped in for lunch, and if you're in the area, don't miss this place. Thank you!

We visited for an early lunch and I ordered sopes while my wife got a torta with a hard shell taco. The food was delicious and the owner had a lovely personality. The customer service was excellent. It's a small restaurant, but I highly recommend checking it out and trying the food.

Delicious, great taste. Really good for Mexican style flavor. I've been there twice, really delicious. My wife found it and I'm really glad she did it.
