Drying Shed - San Jose

I dined at the restaurant for their special $65 Prime Rib Tuesday dinner for two, which includes sides, bread, and salad. The service was outstanding, and our food was served quickly and prepared just as we had ordered. The dining room primarily features comfortable booth seating, creating a semi-private atmosphere perfect for a date. Reservations weren't necessary on the night I visited, but it's wise to book ahead to avoid having to resort to another Taco Tuesday dinner.

I visited a friend for lunch and decided to go to an old favorite restaurant in our hometown. We had the best steak I've had in ages! The fried shrimp appetizer was hot and crunchy - absolutely perfect! The salad was fresh and crisp as well. I live in Livermore, which has many great restaurants, but I haven't had a steak this good in forever. The service was excellent too! The place was clean, and I’m really glad we chose 'The Shed'!

The small filet mignon paired with Australian lobster tail is absolutely delightful. It’s cooked to perfection.

During a stay for a week or so, solely for a standard Prime Rib. Each entry contains (if I know) salad, pages and bread. I went to Sunday night. Although the guests were so little, I love the atmosphere, except the room was a bit too dark for a person. Compared to several places in SJ and SF downtown, I would say I am back.
