Lilikoi Boba - San Jose

My wife and I dined at this restaurant on Sunday and unfortunately experienced terrible customer service from a rude male employee. We will not be returning in the future. A word of caution to the employee: do not disrespect someone's wife. It is important to treat all women with respect. The business owner should reconsider having such disrespectful employees represent their establishment, especially when they have a great product.

What is the purpose of having a boba shop if they charge extra for simple boba drinks? It should be included in the price like most other good places. Very disappointing.

I tried their Ube Taro and House Milk Tea and they were delicious. The service was fast and efficient.

I haven't had such delicious boba tea in a long time. It tastes good and is sweet. I will return often.

Very friendly manager/owner working here. He kindly give us another signature snows for free and told us he made a honest mistake.
