Morton's The Steakhouse San Jose

Our server was very attentive (Shelly) and very nice and personable. The birthday boy wanted prime rib but Shelly recommended the ribeye bone in and it was very good. Overall what made our visit outstanding is how great our server was. Til next time… Thank you Shelly, Best, Gigi Jack

Wife and I spent an impromptu date night expecting the Morton experience we have become accustomed to. Unfortunately the service was often distracted and inattentive. Further, After waiting more than 30 minutes to gain our servers attention, our intended to go items were tossed away without our input. Dessert was haphazardly served followed promptly by the bill. Based upon tonights visit we will very likely choose not to visit our local San Jose Morton’s to spend our evening with again.

H ad their Tomahawk steak dinner which was very good. Had an excellent server, in fact all the servers were great. My only issue was the temperature of the room was too cool.

Very average, steaks were just not enjoyable. Service was pretty poor as well. When we arrived a group was watching NFL in the bar and shouting all over the restaurant. Go somewhere else for the money!

Definitely try the creamy spinach and lobster Mac and cheese. You can’t go wrong with the bone-in ribeye
