Most of the reviews from many years ago say their portions are large, but they must have downsized because their medium bowl is smaller than most Poke places small. I can go to an actual Sushi restaurant and order a decent roll with tea for the same price and get higher quality sushi and be more full.
24 dollars for a bowl of poke lol. I remember when I was an undergrad here it was like $13 !?No idea how the local students can afford to pay that. Only reason im giving 5 stars is cause I ain't no Karen and cause the server was very generous on the servings.
Excellent poke joint. Food was good, rice was nice and warm, and their combos were well balanced and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the Yuzu Warrior. The refresher teas they had were quite sweet. The only downside is the lack of indoor seating.
I love spoon fish poke!! This is one of my favorite poke spots in the bay. They're not stingy with the fish and their ingredients are super fresh.I usually get a regular bowl with white rice; 2 scoops of salmon, 1 scoop of albacore; edamame, masa go, seaweed salad (extra $1.75), and all the dry toppings except for the chips, I get the spicy aioli and the ponzu sauce.Today the bowl was salty, a little saltier than normal but it was still really good. I'm sad that they didn't have the miso soup today because I like washing down my raw fish!
Food isn't bad, but not enough for what you pay for. Four protein in the same bowl as one... very little rice... and didn't even give us the sauces...
